Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Depending on the week’s curriculum, you might need to use our in-house gloves and shin guards.

If the focus is on wrestling or grappling, breathable and flexible clothing will be your best bet for the class!

What should I wear to MMA training?

Wear comfortable workout attire such as compression shorts or leggings and a moisture-wicking shirt.

No shoes will not be worn during class.

What should I expect in my first MMA class?

You’ll start with a warm-up to get your body ready for training.

You’ll then learn techniques like striking and grappling, often practicing them with a partner.

Safety and gym etiquette are emphasized throughout.

Will I spar in my first class?
