Hib

Coach Hib is our dedicated Lead Muay Thai instructor who brings authenticity and passion to every class.

He journeyed all the way to Thailand, the birthplace of Muay Thai, to train at top camps and earn his coaching certification.

Quzairi​

Coach Q is a friendly face at Argo Gym and a coach of Jiu-Jitsu. Sporting a purple belt.

After National Service in 2012, Coach Q discovered his passion for combat sports through Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). However, he soon found his true calling in the “gentle art” of Jiu-Jitsu, earning his purple belt in 2022.

Josiah

Josiah is a seasoned martial artist who embarked on his journey into Muay Thai and Boxing in 2011. With over a decade of experience in the ring, he has honed his skills to masterful precision, specializing in the ferocious Muay Mat style.

Luqman

Coach Luq has been teaching for 11 years specializing in
various striking martial arts. He loves sharing his expertise
with diverse groups – including children, adults, and
individuals with special needs.

Jason

Coach Jason has been immersed in the world of boxing for over 10 years.

His journey is defined by an unwavering dedication and a deep passion for the sport, qualities that shine through in every training session he leads.

Dan

Coach Dan has been learning traditional martial arts since he was 7 years old and was first introduced to Muay Thai and BJJ in 2017. He has been sharing his joy of teaching since 2022

Nic

Nic’s Muay Thai journey started in 2011, leading him to compete and coach. Certified as a personal trainer in 2024, he blends traditional martial arts with modern fitness techniques, focusing on biomechanics. Nic’s classes are safe, enhance athletic performance, and support every individual’s fitness journey.

Ze

Coach Ze started training in the Gentle Art in 2016. After 8 years of training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he has attained his purple belt. Today, he is one of our Associate Coaches at Argo Combat & Fitness Gym

Ming

Professor Ming is a familiar face here at ARGO. Started as a member of the community, his love for sharing the technical details of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu made him one of our Associate Coaches at the gym.

Nick

Nick began his Brazilian Jiu-jitsu journey in late 2010. He took several years off, and as a result, has accumulated about 8 years of ‘mat time’. Coach Nick started assisting with kids’ classes in 2018, and when the pandemic and lockdowns ended, he transitioned to teaching Jiu-Jitsu.
