He has been really motivated by the classes and seeing his fitness level increase. Small class size, knowledgeable instructors and friendly.. RecommendTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Danish Bazil Lim31 July 2024Cosy and vibrant gym conveniently located near Upper Thomson MRT with ample shop house parking space and a lot of food/drink options surrounding them. Pros: The gym itself is very approachable and smells great. There is a shower room, a changing room and a toilet in the gym and towels are provided. Fully air-conditioned as well. Classes are small so that you feel it's more of a private training but not small to the point that it feels lifeless. Coaches put equal effort for all students and emphasis on techniques. There are plenty of disciplines to choose from and they are planning to add more in the future As an introvert who sometimes is afraid to step into an unknown environment. I've had that issue when joining other gyms but have zero issues with this gym. I've made plenty of friends there already within a short period of time Con(s): The rates might be pricey and on par with other more premium MMA gyms that are larger in space though that could be due to the location; but do remember that you will be greeted with smiles from both coaches and customers and can be rest assured that you will look forward to training and leaving the gym booking your next sessionTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Edward Ma29 May 2024Great vibes, great coaches and great bjj classes!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Aye Alk5 May 2024Location is super accessible, with a bus stop and upper Thomson mrt nearby, facility looks great and inviting! As an absolute newbie to martial arts, the environment in this gym is literally so welcoming and inclusive. Whether you're young or old, fit or not, it doesn't matter. Coaches like Josiah, Jason, Gonzo or even the sub coaches are so encouraging, supportive and patient that you'll leave every session feeling stronger and more confident than ever before. If you never liked exercising, this is going to get to addicted to working out:) The gym itself is very sanitary and well maintained too and provides equipments like boxing gloves if need be!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Kai Loon Sim28 April 2024Very good coach - break down hard movements into smaller steps for me
